What the warning says

ЦБ РФ published a public alert linked to taskbirds.online: Экономическая игра "TaskBirds". Scammers may impersonate banks, regulators or brokers — verify any request for money on the official regulator page.

• Do not send an «entry fee», «deposit» or recruitment bonus — and do not invite new participants.
• Open the regulator's official page via the button below and verify the listing.
• If you already sent funds, work backwards: bank dispute first, then document all chats. Or submit a refund consultation request.

What a pyramid sign means

The Bank of Russia flags a scheme where promised returns depend on recruiting new participants rather than licensed financial-market activity. This is not a deposit and not a brokerage account — the regulator does not repay contributions.
